Here is a mini review of my new laptop MSI GE60 0NC which is their offering based on the Intel Ivy bridge mobile platform. In this mini review We will run several common benchmarking software to test the capably of this gaming laptop. Do remember that this is the
GE series(Also available in 17.3 flavour the GE70) is the 2nd tier for MSI's Gaming laptop (G series) the top tier being the GT Series namely the
GT60 and GT70
We shall begin with the system spec:
MSI GE60 System specs:
- Intel i7-3610QM (2.3Ghz-3.3Ghz, 6MB Cache)
- nVidia GeForce GT650M 2GB GDDR5
- 15.6" FHD, Anti-Glare(1920*1080) LED
- DDR III 4GB+4GB
- 750GB (SATA) 7200rpm
- Super Multi
- Intel Jackson Peak N2230 (2*2 b/g/n) + BT4.0
- Win7 Home Premium
- 6 cell
Next we are looking at its form factor it tipping the scale at 2.5kg,its not light iknow,but this is a gaming class laptop. Also as opposed to the Aluminium Chassis found on the GT series, GE series offers glossy plastic but it ain't flimsy either.

| The Full HD 15.6 inch Matt surface screen would be a welcoming feature IMHO, I dont like glossy screens,it just reflect too much light. |
