End of Year EOY 2009 is one of the longest running Cosplay event in Singapore was held a rather unique location at National Library on Boxing Day 26 Dec,
under a new organizing committee headed by Tim Wong the boss of Black Alice. I shall let my pictures do the talking... i ain't too good at words haha...
